EMPLOYERS
Physical and mental health used to be out of scope for Employee Benefits programs until forward-thinking leaders pushed for change. Now they are included in nearly every corporate Wellness Program. The more we learn about how Contentment in our personal lives directly impacts Engagement in professional lives, the more important it becomes for employers to invest in programs which encourage and support employees to Live a Happier Life.
We have processes and tools to regularly review our performance at work, and make thoughtful action plans to improve. But most of us have no process or tools to help us review our performance in life and take intentional actions to improve our happiness. Let's change that.
